ALEJANDRO OSORIO
Founder & President
Alejandro was born in the coffee lands of Colombia. He graduated in international business and started his professional career in the financial sector, where he developed a passion for using cutting-edge technology to improve business experiences. He moved to Canada to follow that passion and expand his applied knowledge.
With innovation at the heart of his perspective, Alejandro excelled in the Canadian high-tech sector. He demonstrated his expertise in strategic thinking, enterprise performance management, analytics, digital transformations, as well as an ability to connect people and build high-performance teams.
He has been an advisor to software research and development teams across the globe and has worked on the implementation of digital solutions at Fortune 500 organizations (IBM, Nike, Disney, Raytheon), Mitel Networks, the Canadian air civil navigation service corporation, the Canadian Department of National Defence, Statistics Canada, and Public Services and Procurement Canada.
In 2010, Alejandro established Bound Bridge Group Inc. with the purpose of helping organizations to Innovate ‒ Transform ‒ Succeed. Working alongside his clients and with strategic partners, he leads management teams in setting direction, creating strategies, and implementing digital transformations. He is bullish about assessing performance focusing on transformation excellence, profitable results, and sustainable evolution.
Alejandro earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Universidad San Buenaventura and an executive MBA at the University of Ottawa. He is a certified web developer and master of project management (Université du Québec en Outaouais).
Alongside his professional journey, Alejandro takes pride in continuous learning, maintaining a growth mindset, and working to hone the keys of self-realization and human consciousness. He lives in Ottawa, Canada, with his wife Kerri, daughter Gabriela, and some wild (currently nameless) rabbits.
